With a background both in consulting and in-house reward roles, I deliver effective and tailored reward expertise in an enthusiastic and pragmatic way.
Working as a consultant with Mercer and then Deloitte, I focused particularly on executive compensation, performance measurement and strategic reward and incentive design. Projects ranged from initial total compensation reviews through to full reward design with internal and external communications roll out. I’ve worked with international, FTSE 100, mid-cap and private ownership clients within the financial, retail, telecoms, manufacturing, oil and gas and services industries to provide effective, strategy-aligned and well understood reward programmes.
I’ve continued to develop cost-conscious, EVP and engagement enhancing reward in senior in-house roles for companies in the service, retail and not-for-profit healthcare sectors. I have strong experience of change in this area, and of adapting approach for success across both the design and implementation stages within different organisations with varied missions and cultures.
Outside work, I’m a keen swimmer and gardener with a passion for yoga and the outdoors. You’ll usually find me out and about, frequently with muddy boots or trainers ! It’s a great balance to work life and I love both travel and time in our local community.
