Developing a pay strategy for our expansion into Ireland required some external input and expertise. Although data was available from one of the larger consultancies, interpreting it for our unique business, and very specific location, meant we had more questions than answers. We needed to adopt a more holistic approach and ,given my previous experience of working with Sam Gee, Verditer was the obvious choice.
