We worked with Verditer to create a reward strategy for the College. From the outset, Verditer spent time to truly understand our brief, listened to our requirements and worked out what was right for us. They kept the dialogue going throughout, provided appropriate intervention and challenge but importantly let us come up with the answers. We now have a strategy we truly own, a clear set of principles, a common language and understanding of reward for MKC. It has been endorsed by the Board and is being used to develop a consistent approach for our biggest investment, our people.
