Through Flexible Reward we bring you an agile way to access reward expertise as and when you need it.

Clients tell us they would value ongoing access to reward and performance management expertise.  So we’ve developed Flexible Reward.

Through this service we provide access to Reward Directors that understand your challenges, and Reward Analysts to help deliver results.  All this in a hassle-free and cost-effective way.

Typical activities include:

  • coaching sessions with our Directors who have a wealth of expertise leading reward agendas in successful organisations
  • ongoing input, feedback and guidance, or representation at meetings
  • analyst activities such as data analysis, job classification and role matching into surveys

Different to formal projects, this ensures you have additional reward resource throughout the year.

Our packages start at just a few hours each month and is set by you at the start.
