An invitation to the launch event
Engineering gender pay gap research to be published shortly

For the past few months we’ve been working with the Royal Academy of Engineering and WISE (Women in Science and Engineering), supported by a number of employers, to identify the engineering pay gap. That is, to quantify the gap within the technical roles regardless of employer.

A big thank you to our clients who participated in the research, we and our partners appreciate your support.

We’re really pleased to say that following analysis of thousands of lines of data and some insightful focus groups, the report is at the publishers.

It will be officially launched on the 28th January at the Royal Academy’s “Time for action: achieving a gender balance in engineering” event.

Whether you were able to participate or not, if you employ engineers or technicians in any field, and are interested in the research output, how to close the gender pay gap and increasing inclusion in your organisation, sign-up for the free launch event here

We look forward to seeing you there.

At Verditer we make performance and reward more effective.  Do get in touch if you’d like help with your gender pay gap calculations or narrative.
