Typically supporting organisations for 4 – 6 days per month, we step in as a trusted senior leader, working closely with HR, Finance and the executive team to guide complex reward decisions and programmes.
This is not advisory support from the sidelines. We take ownership of reward strategy, governance and delivery, bringing calm, defensible decision-making in situations where reward is visible, sensitive or high-risk.
