There’s lots of changes coming to gender pay gap reporting from next year. But our analysis of the voluntary narratives published for the 2025-26 shows that there’s plenty to do. Less than 1/3 of employers have mentioned an equality action plan, and less than 1 in 10 have referred to menopause.
