‘Flexible Reward’ provides ongoing access to reward and performance management expertise at Director and Analyst level.  A cost-effective and flexible way to increase reward input and assistance in your team.

This can include:

  • Coaching sessions with our Directors who have a wealth of expertise leading reward agendas in successful organisations
  • Ongoing input, feedback and guidance, or representation at meetings
  • Analyst activities such as data analysis, job classification and role matching into surveys

Different to formal projects, this ensures you have additional reward resource as and when you need it during the year.

Our packages include a fixed number of hours reward support per month. The level of support you need is set by you at the start.
