Director
As an experienced HR Director and reward specialist, I’ve had a progressive career across a diverse range of organisations including KPMG and Cancer Research UK.
Julia Hanna
Director
I have extensive experience of all aspects of reward having held senior consulting positions at Aon Hewitt, and Director-level in house roles at Astrazeneca and Standard Chartered Bank.
Jodie Norman
Associate
I am an experienced cross-sector reward professional with specialist knowledge of policy development, analytics, pay benchmarking, M&A and remuneration regulation.
