This is built on tailored factors that break roles down into their component parts to create an analytical scheme required for equal pay protection. These factors are underpinned by clear descriptors, using gender-balanced language, not a series of hidden scores and complex formulas. Once developed it is owned by you and can be adapted to meet future business needs. There are no ongoing costs.
