I am a Reward specialist of over 15 years having gained my experience from Finance, Professional and Education Sector organisations, as well as survey and consulting experience whilst working for Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson. I have worked as an Associate for Verditer since August 2018 delivering on projects for a cross sector of clients looking at Gender Pay Gap, Equal Pay, and other aspects of reward design including job classification frameworks and pay benchmarking reviews. In early 2018, I took an Interim Reward role with Into University Partnerships where I was involved in creating and implementing Global Pay Scales, producing and presenting their Gender Pay Gap report and the roll out of performance related pay.
Previously I have worked for Finance Sector organisations such as Credit Suisse and Prudential, leading their annual salary and bonus review process. Whilst at Credit Suisse, I was seconded to New York (World Trade Centre) to run their global salary review and lead their system testing from an HR perspective to implement Peoplesoft. Additionally I have worked for Accenture, once again delivering their pay review process and leading benchmarking activities across their various workforces to create national and global grading structures and matrices.
I have been an in-house consultant with Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson, the former as an information consultant seeking and delivering on opportunities for long term and bespoke salary surveys in the Finance Sector and the latter in a dual role, both managing the team producing Finance Sector Surveys and partnering with external clients working on all aspects of Reward design and implementation.
I took an extended career break to move to South West France to renovate an 18th century barn and raise my two boys then two and 3 months old. Outside of work I have fallen into being a ‘soccer mum’ and have run various groups over the years helping new expats settle in to the French way of life. Whilst on my career break I worked as an artists’ agent for my husband and as an estate agent.
