New service: Gender Pay Reporting

Male and female characters to show equality and Gender pay

Our new service helps you to understand and address your gender pay gap.

The draft Gender Pay Regulations require businesses with 250+ employees to calculate and publish their pay gap from April 2017.  Achieving fair pay and gender parity is essential for business success, but can take time.  The regulations will soon be here and you need to take action now.

We can help you by providing:

  • The data – we make this as pain-free as possible by providing a checklist of data required and presenting results back to you in a clear and straightforward way.  We know as soon as you see the headline figures you’ll want to understand what’s behind them so we drill down by department, grade and bonus type too.
  • Key resources – we provide references, checklists and summary slides you can adapt for internal use.  This helps you position the data and scope the business case for gender equality and pay transparency.
  • Expert advice – start to translate the data into real actions with two one-hour complimentary coaching sessions from:

Julia Hanna or Samantha Gee, directors here at Verditer and leading reward experts.  We share our depth and breadth of expertise gained from successful careers including Big4, FTSE100 and the charity sector.

Sarah Bond, for business sake consulting: diversity, inclusion and change consultant working across sectors.  Formerly Head of Diversity for Big 4 firm, external advisor to Dept. of Business, Innovation and Skills.

"I like the accessible and informative way the report was presented.  It clearly set out the legislation and our requirements, but the real value add was in the breakdown of data and the recommendations.  The report gives a thoughtful long term view, not just a response to legislation."  Victoria May, Reward Manager, Belron UK (Autoglass).
