“Occupational segregation, where women are concentrated into low-paying industries, has a significant impact upon gender pay gaps.”

Julia talks to Employee Benefits about the disproportionate impact on women of the pandemic and the economic crisis. You can read the article here.

In the article she discusses how pay gaps were slowly closing before the pandemic.
